All of this results in you spending less time
organizing and
finding messages and gives you a clean and structured email filing system.
In the screen shot above you can see how MailFiler has organized the Inbox into groups such as Bulk Mail , Meetings
etc. You can also create your own groups and even have mails divided into groups
from the Outlook Rules Wizard.
Here you can also see a 'Thread' window where the user clicked on show thread
(or did a search). The history of the message is displayed and even updated in
real time. The message thread has been automatically given a reference of
SUP-WMWD5Q3 and can be identified, filed and found with that reference.
Another great feature is the ability to set reminders and
emails alerts. You can set a reminder that you expect to receive a response to
your message by a certain date & time. When you get a response the reminder task
is automatically completed.
If you are expecting a response to an important email then you
can have MailFiler popup a dialog as soon as the response comes in , or you can
have a notification (or the message) sent on to a Web Mail account, a pager or
an SMS phone.
